About VisaPilot
Are you a law firm?
No. VisaPilot is a technology company. Petitions are reviewed and signed by independent licensed attorneys at our partner law firms. We do not give legal advice.
Who are your partner law firms?
We partner with three U.S. immigration-focused firms (disclosed under NDA during onboarding). Each partner attorney is admitted in good standing in their state and carries professional liability insurance.
Where is my data stored?
Encrypted at rest on U.S. AWS infrastructure. Access is scoped to your account and the assigned partner-firm attorney. We never share or sell client data.
Process & timeline
How long does the typical case take?
From intake completion to USCIS receipt: median 14 days in our Lawyer-Reviewed tier. The dominant bottleneck is the time it takes your recommenders to sign their letters — not our drafting.
What if my recommenders are slow?
The White-Glove tier includes a dedicated paralegal who chases your recommenders weekly. On Lawyer-Reviewed, we provide a status dashboard and templated nudge emails you can send with one click.
Do you handle RFEs (Requests for Evidence)?
Yes. The $99/mo monitoring add-on includes one full RFE response draft, reviewed and signed by the partner attorney. Additional RFEs are $499 each.
Pricing & guarantees
What does the money-back guarantee cover?
If your O-1 petition is denied (not just RFE'd) on first filing in our Lawyer-Reviewed or White-Glove tier, we refund the full service fee. USCIS filing fees ($530 base + $2,805 Premium Processing as of 2026) are non-refundable because they go to the government.
What's not included?
USCIS government filing fees, your recommenders' time, and any third-party documents you need to obtain (degree evaluations, foreign-document certifications). We tell you exactly what to get up front.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Default plan: 50% on intake, 50% on petition submission to the partner attorney for review.
Eligibility
How do I know if I qualify for an O-1?
Take our 60-second quiz at /visa-types, or just open the intake — our evidence analyst will tell you within 5 minutes whether you have a credible O-1 case or whether you should look at H-1B / EB-2 NIW instead.
I'm a solo founder with no employer — can I still get an O-1?
Yes, via an agent or via your own U.S. company as the petitioner. We help you structure the corporate paperwork so your own company can sponsor you.
